Market Track

An STR product that provides aggregated performance data for an entire hotel market or submarket. Unlike the STAR report which compares against a comp set, Market Track shows overall market trends — total market occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across all participating hotels.

Why it matters: Market Track reveals whether your market as a whole is growing or declining. If your hotel is declining but the market is growing, the problem is internal. If the market is declining and you are holding steady, your competitive position is actually strengthening.
