Snapshot
A point-in-time capture of your hotel's reservation data. Each snapshot records rooms on-the-books, rates, and revenue for all future dates. Comparing snapshots over time reveals pickup, pace, and demand trends.
Why it matters: Snapshots are the foundation of RevPerfect's analytics. By comparing today's snapshot to yesterday's, you see overnight pickup. By comparing to last year's snapshot at the same lead time, you see pace. Without regular snapshots, trend analysis is impossible.
