CRS (Central Reservation System)

A centralized platform that manages a hotel's room inventory, rates, and availability across all distribution channels. The CRS connects to the PMS, GDS, OTAs, and the hotel's own website to ensure consistent availability and pricing.

Why it matters: The CRS is the hub that ensures rate and availability changes are reflected everywhere rooms are sold. Without a properly functioning CRS, rate parity issues, overbookings, and inventory mismatches across channels become inevitable.
