Rooming List
A detailed list of individual guest names and room assignments submitted by a group organizer for a block booking. The rooming list is typically due 14-30 days before arrival and converts anonymous group block rooms into named reservations.
Why it matters: The rooming list is the moment of truth for group pickup. Until it is received, the hotel cannot be certain how many group rooms will actually materialize. Late or incomplete rooming lists create forecasting uncertainty and complicate room assignment.
