Rate Integrity

The consistency and accuracy of a hotel's published rates across all distribution channels and time periods. Rate integrity means the right rate is showing on the right channel at the right time, with no unauthorized discounts or parity violations.

Why it matters: Breakdowns in rate integrity — whether from OTA undercutting, cached rates, or system errors — erode guest trust and direct booking efforts. Maintaining rate integrity requires daily monitoring across all channels and swift correction of any discrepancies.
